Dear friends,
I hope this email finds you well and that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving in the company of those you love. In the spirit of this holiday season, we want to make you aware of a project we are organizing to raise funds so that needy families in Peru will have a meal on Christmas, clothes to wear, and toys to give their children. This project comes from a desire to give back to the community where we was raised, and to make this Christmas a little more enjoyable for the many who cannot afford anything. If you are interested in donating to this effort, please let Pierre know as soon as possible, as we will be sending funds within the first two weeks of December.
If you donate, we can guarantee that every penny will go towards a worthy end. Even a very small donation is helpful; our dollar is stronger than the Nuevo Sol in Peru. This holiday season what each of us spends on our morning Starbucks run can feed a family of four for one night. If you were planning to give us a present or bring wine to a holiday dinner, we ask you to instead consider donating to this cause.
